Because This World Is Arranged(因为这个世界是被安排好的)或者C'est la vie (生活就是如此) 克里斯没能做出两全其美的抉择,因为这就是他的命运。
e.g. <The Music Makers> We are the music-makers, And we are the dreamers of dream, Wandering by love sea-breakers. And sitting by desolate streams World-lovers and world forsakers, On Whom the pale moon gleams: Yet we are the movers and shakers, Of the world for ever, it seems. -Arthur O'Shaughnessy <Ode> or <Love Always Wakes the Dragon> You want a better story. Who wouldn't? A forest, then. Beautiful trees. And a lady singing. Love on the water, love under water, love, love and so on. What a sweet lady. Sing lady, sing! Of course, she wakes the dragon. Love always wakes the dragon and suddenly flames everywhere. I can tell already you think I'm the dragon, that would be so like me, but I'm not. I'm not the dragon. -Richard Siken <Litany in Which Certain Things Are Crossed Out> Or <Butterflies Dance> the butterfly is gone in the motion of the ocean or maybe in the belly of a fish, Your colour belongs to you I shall not speak of their beauty Butterfly, butterfly dance the dance to die. Come kiss the salt of the ocean. -Michael J. Smith <Butterflies Dance> .....
