网站申诉语言选英文，封禁时间选永久。
标题: I didn't cheat, but I was named.
内容: I am not cheat, I am not hax, Please lift the ban!!!!! Thank you very much!!!
不能保证有效，英语好的可以自己适当修改。
随后会发来一封邮件表示已经收到申诉(申诉网站要注册账号，没有账号一律不会收)，大概过1-2天，就会回复你他们不会误判，不给予解除，此时不要急，直接回复邮件:
First, Thank you reply my message.
Then, I am not cheat at all, my account was stolen in last two week. So if you detect cheating, that was not I mean. Therefore I hope you can help me to release account ban. At last I am a student, I don't have money to buy a PUBG again, but I really like PUBG at all. Please lift my account ban!!! Thank you very much!~
回复格式:
1. 这里写游戏的ID
2. Lost date ***/***/***， Regained date ***/***/*** (账号被盗和找回时间，前面被盗日期，后面找回日期 也就是异常ip登陆的日期)
3. Yse （这个就写yes）
