Q：4. So, I have been stuck in the asylum three times and each time I escaped. Isn´t it weird that no one searches for missing patients, namely my PC? I actually ran across Harper afterwards too (bc of parasite pregnancy) and he...didn´t do anything. Wouldn´t it make more sense if there were actually consequences to the PC escaping the asylum? There could be special dialogue with the doctor too if the PC encounters him afterwards.
5. To tie in with question 4...Does Harper simply not care and is that why he pretends to a) not pursue PC after she escapes the asylum and b) pretends to not recognize PC at remys farm??

A：4. The initial plan was for the PC to go "on the run" after escaping the asylum. This would require bigger changes though. It's still on the maybe pile.
5. a. Ideally Harper would at least mention the PC's escape.
b. They pretend not to recognise the PC at Remy's farm so not to interfere with Remy's plans to make the PC livestock.

A：Most NPCs are in already. There were going to be more originally, but I decided to merge a lot of roles. An example of that would be Harper. There were originally planned to be two new doctors at the asylum, but I decided Harper could perform their duties. This does make Harper a busy bee though.
