虽然天文卫星的大小是不同的，但是我们可以用太阳系内已有的天文卫星来算一下平均值。第一轮先使用全部天文卫星计算平均值，第二轮再使用土星和木星的那些卫星进行计算。
先列举一下这些天文卫星的半径（以公里为单位）：3476、8、20、4800、3126、5276、3629、1120、498、226、1436、398、220、1528、1060、5150、1160、472、1526、340、1580、1190、2705。将这些数字加起来，就是40944；再除以23的数量，最后就能够得到大约1780公里的平均直径，半径平均下来约为890公里。
如果要按照土星和木星的卫星平均值来算，那么就去掉其他数据，留下以下数据：4800、3126、5276、3629、1120、498、226、1436、398、220、1528、1060、5150。这些数字加起来之后能够得到28467的结果，除以13的数量，大约是2190公里的直径，半径则是大约1095公里。
这样计算的话，月球的体积是前一个版本平均体积的7.45倍，同时也是后一个版本平均体积的四倍左右。我们知道月球的体积是2.2*10^10立方公里，换算一下就是2.2*10^25立方厘米。带入上面的比例，我们能够得到2.95*10^24立方厘米和5.5*10^24立方厘米这两个体积数值。将一立方厘米的的土壤原子化需要30852.2焦耳。这样我们就可以计算原子化所需的能量了。
太阳系卫星平均来算就是9.11*10^28焦耳，这个数字大约是2.18*10^19吨TNT当量。而土星木星卫星平均约为1.7*10^29焦耳，这个数字大约为4.06*10^19吨TNT当量。考虑到原文中的齐射一词用的是单数，而且强调了是单次，而行星的卫星用的是复数，所以上面的数值其实还要再乘上几倍，最终可能达到上万亿亿吨的TNT当量。
这里需要注意的是，这里没有去考虑的因素还包括：
1】那些非定向能的武器在开火时的能量损耗；
2】被爆炸的冲击波推走的卫星碎片会离开高温区域，导致能量被浪费掉；
3】所有区域未必是均匀受热；
4】卫星被炸碎之后飞出去的部分会远离爆炸中心的高温区域。
所以综上所述，以上计算的两个版本都是十分保守的结果。不过，这段原文本身一般是被看做上限的（虽然不是极端上限），毕竟原文是泛指所有战列舰，但是那些相对较小的战列舰在平时的背景中显然做不到这种级别的火力，所以平时不会总是用于对比。如果要取用的话，倒是可以把这个当作最大型的那种战列舰（甚至可以包括荣光女王级）的描述。

下面是战列舰上面的光矛杀伤力的一个表现。光矛射击在地面上开了一个直径达到12公里的大坑，这点比起之前的不少计算都显得拉跨。不过值得注意的细节在于，光矛射击的余温十分恐怖和客观，这次光矛打击已经过去几天之后，原地的岩石依然保持着被熔化的液态，甚至是被蒸发的气态，气体依旧灼热。这里曾是一个有着厚重防御的帝国地下基地。所以，单从这一部分看的话，这种杀伤真的是并不出众。不过后面还有反转。

所以，光矛在很多时候只能在地面留下10公里左右直径的伤痕，现在也不足为奇了，因为它本就是专攻穿透性的破甲用武器。下文这里表示留下的坑洞有18公里深。乍看之下这个深度也不出众，并且看上去和前面“穿进地核”的描述产生了矛盾，但实则不然。

其实这很好理解，因为岩质星球固态的地壳之下本就都是岩浆这样的液态物质，所以那一发光矛一路穿到星球核心之后，能量散失并且被星球吸收，随后周围那些流体就自然流淌过来填补攻击留下的空缺了。而地壳是固态的，不会填补空缺，坑就只留到地壳那么深了。
由此，我们也可以得到星球地壳的厚度，也就是18公里。这里要说的是，“几微秒烧穿岩层”的描述在这里仅用于算威力，不能用于算速度，不然打出的激光速度直接飙到十几倍光速，而这显然不符合背景。回到正题，我们就将18公里的厚度和几微秒的时间带入其中进行威力计算。
带入12公里的直径，算作圆形的坑，加入18公里的厚度，代入常见地壳岩石的平均密度，我们就能够得到大约4.74万亿吨的质量。带入潜热、比热容和熔点以及岩石的平均温度，最终就能够得到所需的能量，6.22*10^22焦耳，或者是14.87万亿吨TNT当量。
当然，到了上面那里也还远远没完。我们还要带入时间才能够得到每秒的输出。加入几微秒的时间并且用所需能量除一下，就能够得到每秒数百亿亿吨TNT当量的功率输出。考虑到战舰的单发光矛打击（包括战列舰在内）基本都是点一下就结束，所以这一发攻击的持续时间应该能堪堪超过五分之一秒。
最终，战列舰单门光矛的单发威力刚好能接近100亿亿吨TNT当量。这个结果也会十分地贴合后面其他几个计算的结果，具体可以去看后面的分析和估算内容。

达到八公里长的舰船就可以被算作战列母舰了（虽然该级别内显然有更大的，并且八公里级别不一定非得是战列母舰），这点和战列舰一样。这艘八公里级别的战列母舰携带的武器能够将一个个文明炸成尘埃。

用于给一艘具体尺寸未知（但算不上巨大）的战列母舰上面光矛和宏炮等舰载武器供能的每个反应堆和能量井都有恒星级别的能量输出。

所以，本着舰级越高、同种装备数量越多（单个出力也会更大）的规律，战列母舰的反应堆应该能有数十个（打击巡洋舰和战列母舰中间隔着两三个级别）。按数十个反应堆来带入并加入太阳的功率，整艘船的光矛和宏炮的输出全都加起来的话，就是每秒近千亿亿吨的TNT当量。
虽然也有很多比太阳小的恒星，反应堆数量也未必真的就能确认有数十个，但是考虑到上面描述的是低产的次级反应堆，而太阳本就是一颗平均水准的恒星，这种问题基本上就可以抵消了，这个数据用起来应该没什么毛病。和很多其他估算一样，这个结果也会与其他结果互相契合。
举例来说，这个结果又一次地契合了前面战列舰单门光矛单发威力近百亿亿吨TNT当量的估算结果，毕竟战列舰和战列母舰火力基本同级，每艘大号的战列母舰有上百门光矛，加入17秒的齐射间隔时间，最终的单发威力乘上去之后除以秒数基本就是上面这个功率结果。

隶属于怀言者的17公里级战列母舰“伪帝号”的每一轮侧舷齐射都能够将一颗天文卫星（英文为moon）劈开并且化为焦土。并且，这种攻击一次就直接将一艘没有任何防备、没开任何护盾的重型驱逐舰（大约长达两公里的舰船）炸碎了。另一轮齐射则是带走了一艘不开盾、无防备的停泊状态战列母舰。

虽然天文卫星的大小是不同的，大多数都比月球小很多，但是一般的作者都会去指代读者以及他自己印象中首先能够想到的东西，就好比设定一个东西能够摧毁一颗行星，多数人最先想到的就是地球（而且很多作者自己最先想到的也是这个）。
而对于天文卫星这个概念来说，这里所指的这个东西自然就应该是指我们的月球了（其实光是这样来判断也有些牵强，这里这么套是因为这样得到的计算结果贴得上前面和后面很多其他的计算结果）。我们已经知道的是我们的月球的重力结合能为1.2*10^29焦耳，所以直接得出结论。
结论：
伪帝号一轮侧舷齐射火力：1.2*10^29焦耳 或 2868.07亿亿吨TNT当量
这里需要注意的是，这里没有去考虑的因素包括：
1】宏炮作为非定向能的武器在开火时的能量损耗；
2】所有区域未必是均匀受热；
3】要让一个天体以肉眼可见的速度分裂所需的能量一般都会比该天体的重力结合能大出数十倍甚至更多；
4】重力结合能是星球核心所能承受的临界值，而从外部打击的话即使是粉碎所需的临界值也会大于重力结合能数值；
5】将天文卫星化作焦土的那部分所需能量还完全没有算进去。
因此，以上计算的版本还是十分保守的结果。而如果换做光矛齐射，那么伪帝号就能将整艘无防备的战列母舰炸成呼啸着旋转分离的废铁云雾了。或许也借助了引擎的爆炸，并且使用了光矛一贯的精准狙击弱点的战术，但是效果明显比之前的侧舷宏炮齐射强出很多。

这里也算一下坚忍号（死亡守望的荣光女王级战列舰）的宏炮火力。根据以下的描述，这些宏炮都有着帝皇级泰坦的大小。

虽然帝皇级泰坦有很多版本的高度，小到40米，大到180米，并且宽度和厚度也都十分可观。体积上差不多的宏炮（按照设定上给的形状）直径大约要有60米，口径也足足要有30米左右。这样的话，考虑到宏炮的形状和现实战列舰的炮弹基本相同，如果其密度跟现实战列舰的炮弹差不多，那么这样尺寸的炮弹重量大约是40万吨。又有了速度和炮弹质量，我们可以给这种炮进行一次计算。

我们还是使用1.2*10^8米/秒的速度。炮弹的质量40万吨，也就是4.0*10^8千克，带入动能公式（E=0.5mv^2），就能够得到2.88*10^24焦耳的结果，也约为688.3万亿吨TNT当量。
正常版：
速度取用2.25*10^8米/秒的速度。炮弹的质量依然取用40万吨，也就是4.0*10^8千克，带入动能公式（E=0.5mv^2），就能够得到1.01*10^25焦耳的结果，也约等于2420万亿吨TNT当量。
结论：
保守版：
纯动能：2.88*10^24焦耳的结果 或 688.3万亿吨TNT当量
正常版：
纯动能：1.01*10^25焦耳 或2420万亿吨TNT当量
这里也要再度注意，以上内容依然仅仅是计算了纯粹的动能，而宏炮常规弹头作为一种爆炸杀伤的武器，其真正的威力要比这个计算结果大出很多很多，至少要上翻好几倍。这样，这里的保守版宏炮就大约是每发数千万亿吨当量的级别，正常版则是每发上亿亿吨当量。而至于那些特殊弹头（包括但不限于纯威力更大的等离子弹头）在此处无法量化，所以还是不做评论。
理论上讲，其他的荣光女王级的单发宏炮威力也不会和坚忍号差太多。最后要说的是下面这几段原文。帝国的自动武器能够自动装填，并且有多种形式，从手枪到巨大的宏炮都包含在其中。

考虑到荣光女王级当时带领的大多数是巡洋舰和护卫舰，只有寥寥一两艘是战列母舰，这里面带头的它打出的输出可以算是占大头，可以算作两秒打出上万亿亿吨TNT当量的输出
虽然上一条表现推断出荣光女王级每轮宏炮齐射的大致范围才是达到上万亿亿吨TNT当量，而两轮侧舷宏炮齐射间隔时间理应远远大于一秒；但考虑到舰上有很多其他武器，包括威力远远更大的光矛，所以匀来匀去、四舍五入之后还是能够贴和上面的结果的。
同时，不屈真理号长度能够超过28公里，这等大小也算是十分出众了。并且，船上有百万船员进行各种各样的工作，每小时都有数千人走过中间的主道，这大概也能够为帝国巨型舰船的载员量以及人流量提供一个大致的参照范围。

按照地球的重力结合能来算，需要2.4*10^32焦耳的能量，直接用平均值似乎不太合适，毕竟舰船之间的差距可以是很大的，所以这里就算夜幕降临号占了其中一半的输出，理由很简单，因为荣光女王级战列舰本就是用于对付一整支这种规模舰队的舰种。那样，它就是输出了1.2*10^32焦耳能量，也就是286.81万亿亿吨TNT当量。
至于功率，这里就将那个“1000颗被囚禁的恒星”的描述算作是1000倍于太阳级别的恒星，那样就是全舰队每秒近万亿亿吨当量，而占了其中一半的夜幕降临号自然就是两秒近万亿亿吨当量。就此，这次轰炸的总用时将会是三四分钟，也较为符合原文里面所描写的场面。
这比较符合上面对于荣光女王级威力的推算。这么说是因为，虽然上面推断出荣光女王级每轮宏炮齐射的大致范围才是达到上万亿亿吨TNT当量，而侧舷宏炮齐射间隔时间理应远远大于一秒；但舰上的门门光矛是威力远远更大的武器，无论是单门威力还是总威力，所以匀来匀去、四舍五入之后还是能够贴和上面的结果的。

注意，克服重力结合能也只是堪堪从天体中心使其四散分离，而要做到炸碎的效果，所需的能量是要更多的。所以从这个角度讲，上面这个版本还是保守的。但是算法保守归保守，这个表现本身其实算是能够贴合上面对荣光女王级的计算结果的，所以去用起来还是没什么问题的。
如果要用上限版本，那么就用同样出处的武器数量描述，数百门，这么算的话单门威力就会直接爆炸，不过平时不会从这个角度算。
